Nervous System Reset

This free conscious parenting workshop is an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and gently regulating the nervous system in a supportive and nurturing space. Through breathwork, conscious nervous system regulation techniques, a grounding herbal tea, and a restorative sound bath, participants are invited to soften, release accumulated stress, and return to balance.
